A Russian missile strike on a hotel in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, killed two people and injured 29, with 20 in serious condition, according to local officials.

Axar.az, citing Reuters, reports that rescue teams worked past midnight, pulling 14 survivors from the rubble.

Photos show the heavily damaged five-story building with smoke billowing and windows blown out. Kryvyi Rih, President Zelensky’s hometown, has been repeatedly targeted since Russia’s full-scale invasion began three years ago.
