The unwillingness of European countries to lift sanctions against Moscow means that they do not want peace.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

“A component of the Black Sea initiative is the lifting of sanctions on our banking institution, which is engaged in settlements for agricultural products. The essence of these sanctions is extremely clear. If European countries do not want to go this way, this means that they do not want peace, they do not want to contribute to the efforts of Moscow and Washington to move in a peaceful direction and act together,” Peskov said.
