Turkiye is in close contact with all actors on the Syrian issue, including the US and Russia.

Axar.az reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed this at the official opening of the 4th Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

"We have been the country most affected by the tension and conflict in Syria. We will not allow Syria to descend into instability again. We do not see Syria's territorial integrity as separate from our own. The Syrian people are tired of oppression and war. Those who want to make them experience such a thing again should consider our position," he added.

Erdogan said that Turkiye's restrained behavior should not be seen as an opportunity by others:

Turkiye wants peace, prosperity, security, and stability for all the peoples of the region. Turkiye is in close contact with all actors on the Syrian issue, including the US and Russia."

He also touched on the Gaza issue, saying that Turkiye has provided more than 101,000 tons of humanitarian aid to Palestine and will continue to do so.
