Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz clarified that no humanitarian aid is currently being allowed into Gaza, despite earlier reports suggesting otherwise.

Axar.az, citing Times of Israel, reports that Katz emphasized that blocking aid is a key pressure tactic against Hamas, alongside other Israeli measures.

Katz stated that in the future, a system involving civilian companies could be created to ensure Hamas cannot access humanitarian aid, but currently, no such aid is entering Gaza, and no preparations are being made to change that.

He also criticized right-wing lawmakers for misinterpreting or misrepresenting his earlier remarks.
