China–U.S. trade volume fell by 9.1% in the January–May period, totaling $239.7 billion.

Chinese exports to the United States fell by 9.7%, amounting to $177.4 billion, while imports of American goods decreased by 7.4% to $62.3 billion.
Meanwhile, trade between China and Russia also experienced a downturn. From January to May, bilateral trade dropped by 8.2%, totaling $88.8 billion, the statement said.
