US President Donald Trump has signed trade agreements with Japan, the Philippines, and Indonesia.

Axar.az informs that Reuters and CNN reported on this.

Trump said that the trade agreement with Japan will result in $550 billion in investment and 15% retaliatory tariffs:

"We just signed a great deal with Japan, perhaps the greatest deal in history. Tokyo will start trading cars, trucks, rice, and some agricultural products."

Trump also announced that he had reached trade agreements with Indonesia and the Philippines. A 19% tariff is envisaged for goods imported from both countries. At the same time, no tariffs will be applied to American goods exported there.
