Russia has offered the Ukrainian side a short-term humanitarian pause to allow medical teams to take the wounded.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the head of the Russian delegation in Istanbul, Vladimir Medinsky.

“We once again offered the Ukrainian side to consider the very important issue of declaring a short-term - 24-48-hour ceasefire on the front line, so that medical teams can take the wounded and commanders can take the bodies of their soldiers,” Medinsky said.

It should be noted that the negotiations in Istanbul took place in both a trilateral and bilateral format.
