Fidan: Istanbul talks aim to end war

The goal of the talks in Istanbul is to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said these words during his speech at the Turkiye-Russia-Ukraine trilateral meeting.

He noted that Turkiye is ready to fulfill its obligations, depending on the agreement of the parties.
