Two helicopters have been deployed to extinguish the ongoing fires in Aghdam and Aghdere.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It was reported that the “112” hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about a fire in an open area in the direction of the villages of Aliagali, Yeni Garalar in Agdam district, and Sirkhavend in Agdere district, and the Ministry’s forces were immediately deployed to the area.

To prevent the fire from spreading to a wider area and accelerate the extinguishing work, two helicopters from the Aviation Unit and forces of the State Fire Protection Service were deployed to the area.

Firefighting measures are currently ongoing.

The fire that broke out in an open area in the direction of the villages of Aliagali and Yeni Garalar in the Aghdam region and Sirkhavend in the Aghdara region was brought under control thanks to the necessary and urgent measures taken by the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
