Certain agreements were reached between Russia and Ukraine during the talks held in Istanbul.

The source said that the main result was the exchange of not only military personnel, but also civilians.

It should be noted that the talks in Istanbul took place in both a trilateral and bilateral format.

Russia and Ukraine will exchange about 1,200 prisoners from both sides.

This was stated by Vladimir Medinsky, an assistant to the Russian President.

Medinsky said that Russia has also offered to hand over the bodies of another 3,000 soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

It should be noted that the negotiations in Istanbul took place in both a trilateral and bilateral format.
