Our army has caused 2 billion damage to the enemy - MP

The aggressor country Armenia, whose credit rating has been downgraded by Fitch, will face more difficult days in the post-war period.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Vugar Bayramov, an economist and MP from Fizuli region.

"During his address to the nation on October 20, our Supreme Commander-in-Chief said that a large number of weapons and equipment belonging to the armed forces of the occupying country were destroyed by our Glorious Army. According to our initial estimates, the total value of the weapons and equipment of the Armenians destroyed by the Azerbaijani Army and taken as booty is more than $ 2.4 billion.

This is more than Armenia's $ 2 billion foreign exchange reserves, as well as the total budget revenues of the occupying country. In the first 24 days of the war, our glorious army caused as much damage to Armenia as annual budget revenues.

If these weapons are lent to poor Armenia, then the total foreign debt of the occupying country will exceed $ 10 billion. This will bring external debt closer to 80 per cent of GDP."
