Azerbaijani and Georgian sides have almost fulfilled their obligations on Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, Dimitry Kumsishvili, Georgian Vice-Prime Minister and Minister for Economy and Sustainable Development, APA reports.
“Azerbaijan and Georgia have good relations and these relations develop. We met with officials and specialists of Azerbaijan’s transport sphere last week. Azerbaijan and Georgia have already carried out all works. Timely launch of the railway depends on Turkey”, he said.
