Turkey is starting oil exploration in Adana

Turkish company TPAO (Turkish Petroleum Corporation) has been licensed to start oil exploration in Adana province.

Axar.az reports that the decision was made by the General Directorate of Mining and Oil Affairs of the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.

According to the decision, the company will explore oil fields on 15,398 hectares over 5 years.
