Hans Kluge, Director of the World Health Organization's (WHO) Europe Office, spoke by telephone with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Murashko.

Axar.az reports that H. Kluge said that the vaccine developed by Russia against COVID-19 is effective and harmless to the human body.

He also thanked Russia for developing the vaccine.
