Journalist Farah Abu Ayyash released from Israeli prison

Farah Abu Ayyash, Iran's Tasnim News Agency correspondent in the West Bank, was released from an Israeli prison after 450 days in captivity and reunited with her family.

Axar.az informs, citing the agency, Farah Abu Ayyash was arrested in the early hours of August 6, 2025, during a nighttime raid by the Israeli regime forces on her home in Beit Ummar, north of Al-Khalil (Hebron).

According to Tasnim, proceedings in the case against the Palestinian journalist were repeatedly postponed due to obstruction by the Israeli regime. As a result, Farah spent her period of captivity under administrative detention in the Zionist regime’s notorious Damon Prison.

The Israeli regime’s Ofer Military Court issued a ruling acquitting Farah Abu Ayyash of all charges brought against her.
