The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the end of the global emergency related to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

Axar.az reports that WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said this.

He said that the pandemic, which has killed nearly 7 million people, is no longer as dangerous as before.

According to him, despite this, cases of infection are still detected in the countries of Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
