Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Harald V of Norway on the national day of the country.

“On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I wholeheartedly congratulate you and your people on the occasion of the national day of Norway – Constitution Day” said President Aliyev in his letter.”

“On this joyful day, I am pleased to extend my most sincere congratulations to you, and I wish you good health, happiness, and lasting peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Norway,” Ilham Aliyev said.
