New appointment in Ministry of Internal Affairs

New appointments have been made in Azerbaijan Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Akbar Ismayilov was appointed the Head of the Crime Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).

Prior to this appointment, A.Ismayilov worked as the Head of Sumgayit City Police Department.

Notably, the former Chief of the Criminal Investigation Department was Police Major General Emin Shakinski.
Last week he was appointed as the Chief of the Main Transport Police Department of MIA.
