The establishment of an unhindered connection between Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan is beneficial for the entire region.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in a statement issued after the meeting of the National Security Council, chaired by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

“The process of normalizing relations with Armenia was discussed, the importance of the transport line that will ensure unhindered connection between Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan and will yield results for the benefit of all countries in the region, and the desire for the establishment of final peace was emphasized,” it said.
