Russian businessman Samvel Karapetyan and members of his team are spreading false information about oil supplies from Azerbaijan to Armenia.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Ruben Rubinyan, Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament.

“Why are the members of the Russian businessman’s team lying like this? The reason is simple: they are playing on your (the Armenian public’s) fears. They want to devalue the hard-won peace at any cost.

They want Armenia to remain under blockade and grow poorer, while they continue to enrich themselves together with their old partners, Kocharian and Sargsyan,” the deputy speaker emphasized.
