We had a very good conversation. As friends and brothers, we exchanged views on Iran-Azerbaijan relations.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev after a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi.

"We have decided that from now on Iranian-Azerbaijani relations will develop in all areas. Our peoples are fraternal peoples, our countries are fraternal countries, and the issues discussed today shows once again that Iran-Azerbaijan relations are at a very high level," he said.
