Azerbaijani club Sabah’s opponent in the UEFA Champions League play-off round has been determined.

Axar.az reports that Sabah will face Hapoel Beer-Sheva of Israel in this round.

The Israeli side defeated Serbia’s Crvena Zvezda in both legs of the third qualifying round. Hapoel Beer-Sheva won the first leg 1-0 before securing a 2-0 victory in the return leg.

The first legs of the UEFA Champions League play-off round are scheduled for Aug. 18-19, with the return legs set for Aug. 25-26. According to UEFA’s schedule, the first leg between Hapoel Beer-Sheva and Sabah will be played on Aug. 19, while the return leg will take place on Aug. 25.
