About 10 days ago, Araik Harutyunyan went to Russia. He returned to Khankendi 3-4 days ago. After him, "Minister of State" Ruben Vardanyan also went to Moscow. Vardanyan is still in Moscow. Apparently, like Arutyunyan, he was invited to discuss the "internal political" problems of Karabakh and to find a way out of the current situation.

Axar.az reports that this information was published by "Hraparak" newspaper.

The newspaper claimed that the "closure of the Lachin road" created tension in Karabakh "government circles":

The resignation of the "Minister of State" and even the extraordinary "election" of the "Parliament" came up. Azerbaijan also demands Vardanya's resignation in exchange for the opening of the road to Lachin. It is clear that Russia has assumed the status of a passive observer: the road is not opened, the Kremlin does not oppose Azerbaijan, and it does not interfere in the "internal political" life of Karabakh. He has inflamed the atmosphere and is leading to a division in Karabakh. Arutyunyan had meetings at a fairly high level in Moscow. After the meeting with Vladimir Putin in Yerevan, the Kremlin trusts him more. They directly told him that "if Vardanyan intervenes, fire him." Arutyunyan's supporters report that he returned from Moscow in rather high spirits. Now Vardanyan is in Moscow to learn the attitude towards him. It is possible that after Vardanyan's return, he will voluntarily resign to calm the situation," the report said.
