Armenia refuses to provide detailed information about the location of mass graves to avoid responsibility.

Axar.az reports that Hikmat Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - head of the foreign policy department of the Presidential Administration, shared this with X.

"Another mass grave of 4,000 missing Azerbaijanis was identified near the Shusha prison, where civilians and prisoners of war were kept, subjected to inhumane treatment and torture, killed and buried in mass graves," the post said.
