As it is known, for a long time, the Armenian side has always prevented or limited the visit of international missions to our occupied territories in order to get acquainted with the results of illegal activities, including occupation, destruction, and illegal settlements during the occupation of Azerbaijani territories. At the same time, even after limited missions, Armenia either ignored their conclusions or distorted them.

Axar.az reports that according to the information provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Aykhan Hajizade, said this.

"Despite the mentioned inactivity, after the anti-terrorist measures carried out a few days ago, Azerbaijan invited the relevant UN agencies to visit its Karabakh region. Such a visit will be carried out in the near future under the auspices of the UN resident coordinator in Azerbaijan, in accordance with the Framework document on Sustainable Development Cooperation between the UN and Azerbaijan (2021-2025). The visit will provide an opportunity to get acquainted with the current humanitarian activities carried out by Azerbaijan in the region. In addition, the restoration of certain infrastructure, the process of disarmament of illegal Armenian armed forces and confiscation of weapons and ammunition, dangers from mines will be demonstrated to the members of the delegation," he said.
