Azerbaijan has always been ready for negotiations with Armenia in Russia and elsewhere.

Axar.az reports that Aykhan Hajizadeh, the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, said these words while commenting on Moscow's readiness to organize a meeting between the parties.

It should be noted that the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova, said in a briefing held on July 24 that Russia is ready to provide a platform for negotiations between representatives of Baku and Yerevan and will provide them with the most comfortable conditions.
