A meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel Yakov Blitshtein.

Axar.az reports that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs released information about this.

It was reported that during the meeting, various aspects of bilateral and multilateral relations, including economic, security, high technologies, education, tourism, energy, transport, etc., were discussed between the two countries. A wide discussion was held about the current situation and prospects of cooperation in these directions, as well as the situation in Gaza.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov informed the other side about the current situation in the region in the post-conflict period, Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization process.

It was noted that within the framework of Azerbaijan's chairmanship of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), an additional opportunity for cooperation between the two countries has arisen.

Within the framework of the meeting, opinions were also exchanged on other international and regional issues.
