The current government of Armenia relies on new "friends" in the West. According to the plans of the Armenian authorities, these "friends" should force Azerbaijan to review the results of the Second Karabakh war and "return" at least actual control over Karabakh to Armenia under the name of returning the Armenian population to the region.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by Vitaly Arkov, an expert on the South Caucasus, head of the PolitRus expert-analytical network.

"This coincides with the interests of the West, primarily France and the United States, which consider Armenia to be a field of operations to expand its expansion in the region. Therefore, some weapons are given to Armenia, military advisers are sent (including to work in the Ministry of Defense), commandos and employees of the special service are deployed to carry out intelligence work under the name of peacekeepers," the expert noted.

According to Arkov, the Armenian authorities have always been distinguished by their ability to serve several mistresses at the same time when they were generously paid:

"Therefore, I would consider Armenia as a nominal buyer in terms of the supply of Indian weapons. I think the real buyer is a third party, maybe India can't supply arms directly due to existing restrictions. In today's world, this is common. At one time, Baku was sensitive to negotiations between Tehran and Yerevan regarding the supply of large quantities of missile systems. In fact, these weapons were not intended for the Armenian army."
