Armenia and Azerbaijan have a real chance to sign a peace agreement in the shortest possible time.

Axar.az reports that Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated this at a press conference with Luxembourg's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Xavier Bettel.

According to the minister, Baku and Yerevan have fully agreed on 13 of the 16 points of the peace agreement, while the remaining 3 are partially agreed upon:

"Armenia has presented Azerbaijan with its tenth package of proposals."

"We believe there is a real opportunity to sign the peace agreement in the near future and open a chapter of long-term stability in the South Caucasus," he added.
