Azerbaijan will conduct delimitation only in areas beneficial to itself.

Axar.az reports that Seyran Ohanyan, former Defense Minister of Armenia, said this during a briefing in parliament while commenting on the text of the regulations of the delimitation commissions.

'If the contradictions present in the regulations are confirmed by the Constitutional Court, it will provide Azerbaijan with a basis to pressure Armenia. There are at least two unrealistic points. The first relates to the possibility of amending the clause of the Almaty Declaration, and the second concerns the possibility of conducting delimitation and demarcation in certain areas. Azerbaijan will conduct delimitation where it aligns with its interests. It will not happen where it doesn't want it to. Azerbaijan will use the approval of the Constitutional Court to apply more pressure on Yerevan,' he said.
