Karabakh has been handed over with the signature of the "former president" (referring to the separatist-terrorist leader of the illegitimate entity), and all state institutions have been dissolved under his signature.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Gevorg Papoyan, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, in a press conference.

He noted that this event occurred 10-15 days after that individual became the "president of the NKR":

"In just 10 days, the teams of the second and third presidents successfully dissolved all institutions and subsequently dissolved the NKR."

Papoyan also stated that those forces are exerting pressure on the Armenian government. He recalled that the negotiations conducted by the former presidents over decades were solely about when and how to relinquish Karabakh and the surrounding territories:

"They held negotiations regarding the transfer of Nagorno-Karabakh, but they came to Armenia, started gossiping, hired various types of scholars and palace journalists, and spread the idea of 'mythism' in society. Meanwhile, negotiations were underway regarding which regions should be transferred and when.

"I would love for 'Artsakh' to be ours, but I do not want to talk about my wishes. We do not have the right to make our desires a priority in politics; our duty is to act through real policies that strengthen Armenia's 29,743 square kilometers and our national borders and to find a solution to the problem."
