On November 6, in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with the President of the Republic of Turkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Axar.az reports that during the meeting, it was reiterated that the friendly, fraternal, and allied relations between the two countries have been successfully developing in all areas.

It was emphasized that the 11th Summit of the Heads of State of the Turkic Council, held in Bishkek, serves to strengthen cooperation between Turkic states.

The importance of Azerbaijan hosting COP29 was also highlighted during the discussions.

During the meeting, it was expressed with confidence that bilateral relations between the two countries will continue to develop across various sectors, and an exchange of views took place on bilateral relations and mutual interest issues.
