Axar.az reports that these words were part of Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko's congratulatory message to Donald Trump.

"The results of this year's election, held under unprecedented conditions, are a reflection of your personal courage. You achieved this primarily for America and its citizens. I wish you good health and wise political decisions that will make America great again," the message from Lukashenko reads.

It should be noted that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has stated that the Russian leader has not yet considered congratulating Donald Trump. In this regard, the congratulation from Russia’s closest ally is noteworthy, as Lukashenko often expresses what Putin may want to say but, for some reason, does not.
