On November 14, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, met with the President of the Islamic Development Bank, Mohammad Al-Jasser.

Axar.az reports that an Agency Agreement was signed between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Islamic Development Bank for the "Construction of the Main Irrigation Canal from the Giz Galasy Reservoir" project.

Additionally, the the "Technical Assistance Grant Agreement for the Construction of Main Irrigation Canal from Gyz Galasy Reservoir" project, and the Framework Agreement for the "Construction of Main Irrigation Canal from Gyz Galasy Reservoir" project were also signed in the presence of President Ilham Aliyev and President Mohammad Al-Jasser.
