Iran won't pursue nuclear weapons - Pezeshkian

We will never try to develop nuclear weapons because it is forbidden by Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Axar.az reports that Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian said this in a meeting with Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

"According to the supreme leader's fatwa, we have not and will not try to create nuclear weapons in any way, and no one is allowed to deviate from this policy," he said.
