Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has proposed that Yuliya Svyrydenko lead the country’s Cabinet of Ministers.

Axar.az informs that Ukrainian media reported this development.

“Volodymyr Zelensky has proposed that Yuliya Svyrydenko head the Ukrainian government and significantly reform its work,” the report said.

It should be noted that Yuliya Svyrydenko is currently the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy.

Previously, reports suggested that Zelensky would appoint her as Prime Minister, current Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal would become Defense Minister, and current Defense Minister Rustem Umerov would be sent to the U.S. as ambassador.
