5.5 magnitude earthquake recorded in Spain

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 has been recorded off the coast of Spain.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by Spain’s National Geographic Institute.

The epicenter of the tremor was located in the Mediterranean Sea, near Cape Palos in the southeastern part of the kingdom.

The quake originated at a depth of approximately 2 kilometers. Tremors were felt in various parts of the Murcia and Andalusia autonomous communities. There are no reports of casualties or damage.
