On December 19, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia Rahman Mustafayev met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Mikhail Galuzin.

Axar.az reports that during the conversation they discussed the current issues of bilateral relations and the situation in the South Caucasus and the Middle East.

Last year, the successful development of Azerbaijan-Russia alliance relations was noted, and mutual visits were carried out in the political, economic, and humanitarian fields.

Ambassador of Azerbaijan Rahman Mustafayev informed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikhail Galuzin about the official position of Baku on the issues of the peace treaty with Armenia.

The parties also discussed the schedule of bilateral contacts and high-level visits to be held in 2025.
