Axar.az reports that these words were said by Yevgeny Revenko, deputy head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma.

"A great event - a conversation between the leaders of two great states. Much depends on this. And many were waiting for this. The moment has come. The foundation for this was laid by our children who fought bravely at the front," Revenko said.

"Is this a turning point? We'll see. I would like to believe in it," he added.
