The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, and other senior officials of the ministry are on a visit to the brotherly country at the invitation of the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkiye, Yaşar Güler, to participate in the 17th International Defense Industry Fair “IDEF 2025.”

It was stated that on July 22, the leadership of the Ministry of Defense attended the opening ceremony of the 17th International Defense Industry Fair “IDEF 2025”, held in Istanbul.

The President of the Republic of Turkiye, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, addressed the event and welcomed the participants.

As part of the Defense Minister’s visit to the brotherly country, familiarization with military weapons and equipment displayed at the exhibition, as well as a number of meetings, are planned.
