Liverpool’s legendary footballer Joey Jones has passed away.

Axar.az reports that Jones won the European Cup twice with Liverpool in 1978 and 1997. He also played for Wrexham, Chelsea, and Huddersfield.

Jones represented the Wales national team from 1975 to 1986. He played 72 matches for Wales and scored one goal.
