AZAL cancels Baku-Moscow flights due to bad weather

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has made temporary changes to its Moscow flights due to adverse weather conditions.

Axar.az reports flights J2-805 and J2-806 on the Baku–Moscow (Vnukovo)–Baku route have been canceled.

The airline said it has acted promptly in line with existing regulations to ensure passenger convenience, offering alternative flights and providing ticket refunds where necessary.

Some passengers from the canceled flights were accommodated on AZAL’s J2-809 and J2-810 services, while those in Moscow who did not take alternative flights were fully refunded.

AZAL apologized for the inconvenience and thanked passengers for their understanding.
