On March 16, Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers possible overnight and in the morning, according to the National Hydrometeorology Service of Azerbaijan.

Axar.az informs the southwest wind will shift to a moderate northwest wind by evening. Temperatures will range from 4–6°C at night to 10–15°C during the day.

Atmospheric pressure is forecast to drop slightly from 759 mmHg to 755 mmHg, while relative humidity will be 80–85% at night and 60–70% during the day.

Across the regions, occasional rain is expected, with snow likely in mountainous areas. Short periods of intense showers, thunderstorms, and lightning may occur in some locations. Fog will form intermittently, and west winds may strengthen at times. Mountain temperatures will range from -2 to 7°C at night and 0–5°C during the day.
