An Azerbaijani serviceman, Nasimi Musayev, who entered the village of Shaki in Armenia’s Syunik Province did not intend to kill anyone, Armenian Investigative Committee Chairman Artur Poghosyan said.

He said the soldier had lost his way in the fog. However, he declined to disclose details of the testimony, citing the ongoing investigation.
