Businessman Telman Ismailov has been charged in absentia with organizing the murder of two entrepreneurs last year, Russian Investigative Committee’s Spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko told on Tuesday.

Axar.az reports citing TASS.

"According to investigators, Telman Ismailov organized the murder of two businessmen Vladimir Savkin and Yuri Brylev, committed last year," Petrenko said.

Ismailov, who holds Russian-Turkish citizenship and formerly owned Moscow’s notorious Cherkizovsky market, has been also charged with arms trafficking.

The investigators have sent information for putting Ismailov on Interpol’s wanted list.
