Russian construction companies can apply their solutions in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Nuri Guliyev, head of the Russian Export Center (RIM) in Azerbaijan.

According to him, RIM is currently waiting for the announcement of investment projects that can be financed by Azerbaijan:

"In November, we plan to hold a Smart City business mission for Russian companies in Baku. About 30 companies will take part in this event."

According to Guliyev, the mission will involve railway construction and operation companies, major automakers and construction companies. However, the focus will be on IT companies:

"The main purpose of this event is to attract technology and innovations related to the construction of" smart cities "in Azerbaijan. I note that we will apply Russian solutions in the construction of modern cities in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan."
