US supports Azerbaijan's sovereignty - Biden

The United States reaffirms its support for Azerbaijan's independence and sovereignty.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in a congratulatory letter from US President Joe Biden to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day.

"In this period of global instability, in which Russia seeks to undermine the main pillars of international security with the war against Ukraine, the United States reaffirms its support for Azerbaijan's independence and sovereignty. We look forward to expanding our relationship in the coming years and decades," the letter said.
