Heydar Aliyev was loved by everyone who was in close contact with him, both in Azerbaijan and in Moscow.

Axar.az informs that Vladimir Tupichin, an employee of the 9th Department of the State Security Service of the USSR, who was Heydar Aliyev's driver when he worked in Moscow, told Report.

"I remember that when we went to Azerbaijan on vacation, we visited different regions of the country. He spoke very kindly and friendly with people, was interested in their life and problems," he stressed.

V. Tupichin added that Heydar Aliyev was a sociable person and had a great power of attraction that attracted people to him.
