He said that in accordance with the yellow warning, Shamakhi, Siyazan, Altiagac, Khizi, Shabran, Khachmaz, Salyan, Imishli, Sabirabad, Ordubad, Julfa, Neftchala, Hajigabul, Shirvan, Saatli, Sheki, Balaken, Gakh, Oguz are located in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula. , Zagatala, Tovuz, Samukh, Agstafa, Shamkir, Gazakh, Gadabey, Dashkasan regions, the wind speed will be 13.9-20.7 m/s for a short time:

"According to the orange warning, the wind speed will be 20.8-28.4 m/s in Tartar, Barda, Aghdam, Aghdara, Goychay, Yevlakh, Zardab, Agjabedi, Beylagan, Goranboy, Naftalan, Goygol, Ganja, Mingachevir, Gobustan regions. However, the wind speed in Agdash and Ujar regions is likely to increase for a short time and reach 30 m/s according to the red warning."
