The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan has shared a post on its X account regarding the 4th anniversary of the Patriotic War's start.

Axar.az reports that the post states:

"Today marks four years since the start of the 44-day Patriotic War, which resulted in the restoration of our country's territorial integrity. Thanks to the determination and will of the glorious Azerbaijani Army, led by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Victorious Supreme Commander, we put an end to nearly 30 years of military occupation of our lands and violations of our citizens' fundamental rights, as well as norms and principles of international law. On September 27—Remembrance Day—we deeply honor and express gratitude for the cherished memory of our Martyrs, who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our country."
